The Site’s Limited Role

This is a private reference resource. It is not connected to a sheriff, clerk, court, jail, corrections department, parole board, or other public office. It stores no official custody or court records. It cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, direct a release, change a record, submit a public-record request, or file a court document for a visitor.

The site points visitors toward Kemper County and Mississippi government sources and may connect them with third-party research tools. Any official action or confirmation must come from the government office responsible for the underlying record.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site, its links, and any information reached through it lawfully and without interfering with other users. In particular, a visitor must not:

• Use the site while violating a federal, state, or local law
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person
• Rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions
• Attempt to enter an account, server, or system without authorization

No Consumer Reporting Services

Kemper County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare or provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. By using the site, a visitor agrees not to use information found here for:

• Decisions to hire, fire, promote, or otherwise employ a person
• Tenant selection, housing qualification, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance rates and coverage
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any other decision or purpose regulated by the FCRA

Websites Operated by Others

Links may lead to the Kemper County Sheriff, Mississippi corrections and court resources, federal locators, legal-aid information, release-record portals, or outside search services. Those destinations operate independently. Kemper County Released Inmates is not responsible for their content, accuracy, data practices, terms, security, or availability. Visitors should read the destination’s own policies before using it or submitting information.

Services Provided As Is

The site, its content, and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranty is made concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any content
• Continuous or uninterrupted access to the site
• The absence of errors, defects, bugs, or security weaknesses
• The scope, quality, or completeness of a partner’s search results

Custody status, release feeds, government contacts, court records, and agency procedures can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Kemper County Sheriff, MDOC, a court, or any other government office.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Kemper County Released Inmates, its operators, and its content partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or any linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kemper County Released Inmates, its operators, and its content partners from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor’s use of the site, misuse of information, or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise identified, the site’s original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Kemper County Released Inmates or its content partners. No one may reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from those materials without prior written permission. Rights in linked government and third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

Revisions to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page. Continued use after posting means the visitor accepts the revised terms.

Suspension or Loss of Access

Access to all or part of the site may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This right includes action taken to protect the site, enforce these terms, or prevent misuse.

Mississippi Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these terms or use of the site must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Mississippi.

If One Provision Fails

If a court finds any provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only to the extent required to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
